PremiaMed Krankenhaus Management runs two rehabilitation facilities in the Malcherhof Clinic in Baden and the clinic in Bad Gleichenberg.

Malcherhof Baden Clinic

Medical Emphasis
The medical speciality of the Malcherhof Baden Clinic (in Lower Austria) is the rehabilitation of the muscular-skeletal system. This includes the treatment of a wide spectrum of rheumatic disorders. The second main focus at the Malcherhof Clinic is the after-care of patients following operations on the muscular-skeletal system.

Business Structure
This 137-bed clinic is run jointly in the form of a private-public-partnership (PPP) by the Social Insurance Institute for the Self-Employed (SVA) and PremiaMed Management GmbH. The SVA is the majority owner, holding 51 % of the joint management company R-SKA Baden Betriebs-GmbH.

Bad Gleichenberg Clinic

Medical Emphasis
The Bad Gleichenberg Clinic (in Steiermark) is a modern rehabilitation centre for chronic respiratory illnesses of the airways and lungs and metabolic disorders.

Business Structure
The Bad Gleichenberg Clinic includes 120 beds and is run as a PPP-project by the Farmers’ Social Insurance Institute in conjunction with a private partner, made up of the Hospitals ProjektbeteiligungsgmbH, the Healthcare Company and PremiaMed Management.
